TanCare Youth Colleges Network(TYCN) is the network created by TanCare to empower youth in colleges.The members of TYCN are the students from the colleges.The absence of economic growth has a negative impact on employment growth. The problems of youth unemployment that have been highlighted, being urban where there is a concentration of populations the problem is more serious and more visible, than a rural setting.The socio-economic problems associated with unemployment are more apparent.Being the case TanCare in this network amied on training youth on the life after colleges skills; basically in three aspects on Enterprenualship Skills,Drug Abuse, Stress Management. Either in regard of life skills in colleges; TanCare include the aspect of Reprodeuctive Health in the package trainied in this network.

In the network,TanCare have been trained members on the basic social and community skills activities,so that they may apply their knowledge they are studing in the colleges to help the coomunity transformation.For instance TanCare managed to conduct TanCare various seminar from the members on this network to help the community developing including the seminar which was run to train women in poutraly farm; whereby women benefit on the training was from three wards where the training passed.TanCare also have been conducting TanCare Youth Corner in each and of the month where by youth in college are being meet and dialogue or get inspired from the invitee of the day.
