TanCare Micro Enterpries Network is a network comprises of groups of individuals or single individuals who are doing small type of business,having seed capital.TanCare in this Network aimed on capaciated youth interms of Training and small fund support in running small business.Microenterprises add value to a country's economy by creating jobs, enhancing income, strengthening purchasing power, lowering costs and adding business convenience.In Tanzania recently, there are very few employment opportunities; moreover in rural work as casual and seasonal labourers in agriculture or construction may not be an option to cuter the criss of unemployment. In urban yet the situation is more worse as a million of youth from village migrate in town for searching on opportunities while at the same point graduates from colleges, institutions and universities all over Tanzania concetrate in town center seeking for empolyment.In many developing countries including Tanzania, a high percentage of small-scale businesses that cater to local needs are controlled or owned by women.

TanCare within this network have managed to train these micro enterprises on enterprenualship skills based on GET Ahead Manual of International Labour Organisation.TanCare has monthly visitation toward member groups and individuals in this network in ensuring and stablizing the business of the members group.Currently TanCare is working on starting mechanism of training other groups and finding the mechanism of fund deed capital.
